The present conditions regulate the access and use of the website www.franciscanosdemaria.org, (hereafter “the Website”), which is the private association of the Christian Faithful Franciscans of Mary (hereafter, “Franciscans OF MARY”), a religious entity with CIF G80654742 and address in Avenida Machupichu, 50, 28043 Madrid, inscribed in the Registry of Religious Entities with the number 3165 – BE/C of the Ministry of Justice.
Use of the WEB PAGE
Franciscans OF MARY informs the users that access or use the services, applications, tools, and in general, the contents included on this website to the general conditions applicable to the access and navigation by the same.
By the mere navigation and/or use of the Web Page, you acquire the condition of User of the same. The navigation and/or use of the Web Page as well as the acquisition of any of the products of the on-line shop, signify your acceptance as a USER of each and every one of the conditions, as well as of the General conditions of sale governing the acquisition of products.
Franciscans OF MARY may, at any time and without prior notice, modify the presentation and configuration of the Web Page, as well as the present Conditions. Such changes will be posted on the Website so that the User can know them before use.
Franciscans OF MARY may deny or withdraw at any time and without prior notice, access to the website to those users who fail to comply with what is established in the present Conditions, the law, customs or public order.

The data provided by the User in the course of their navigation, filling out forms and use of the Website will be incorporated into a file becoming the responsibility of the Private Association of the Christian Faithful Franciscans of Mary, with Avenida Machupichu, 50, 28043 Madrid, who will try to give you access to the content and applications on the Web page, manage the requested services, manage the grants, study the information derived from such management, improve our services, as well as to keep you informed about updates to the Web page and other information that may be of interest to you on the same.
The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by written and signed request, addressed to the address indicated at the beginning of the present Conditions or to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Franciscans OF MARY informs Users of the possible placement of “cookies” that store data to facilitate later visits to the Website. Obligations of the USER

In the event that any user or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances that disclose the illegal nature of the use of any content and/or the carrying out of any activity on the Website or accessible through the same, you must send a notification to Franciscans of Mary.
There is no link or relationship between FRANCISCANS OF MARY and those Users and, in general, those persons that establish a hyperlink between their web page and the Web Page, will be responsible for all the contents available on its web page, by exempting FRANCISCANS OF MARY from any liability that may be incurred by the illicit content of the aforementioned web pages.
Intellectual and industrial property

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The provisions contained in these Terms shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Spanish legislation.
Unless the law expressly prohibits, for the resolution of all disputes arising out of the present General Conditions, or the Particular Conditions that may be established in each case, of or relating to the infringement, interpretation, resolution or validity of any provision of the Web Page, the parties have agreed to submit to the personal jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
